What conditions do you treat at your physiotherapy clinic?

At Anusch Health in Pretoria, we offer a comprehensive range of services to help you on your healing journey. While we provide general Physiotherapy to address various musculoskeletal issues and injuries, we also specialize in targeted treatments. You’ll find expert Massage Therapy and Sports Massage to relieve muscle tension and aid recovery, as well as specialized Lymph Therapy for conditions involving fluid retention and swelling.

Furthermore, we offer Pilates for strengthening, flexibility, and rehabilitation, and for those who might find it difficult to visit our clinic, we even provide convenient Home Visits.

Do I need a referral from a doctor to book an appointment?

No referral is needed. You can book directly with us, though referrals from doctors or specialists are also welcome.

What should I expect during my first physiotherapy session?

Your first session will include a detailed assessment of your condition, a discussion of your goals, and a personalised treatment plan. We’ll also start with some hands-on therapy or exercises.

How many sessions will I need for my recovery?

The number of sessions depends on your condition and progress. Some people improve in a few sessions, while others may need ongoing care for full recovery.

Do you accept medical aid or insurance?

Yes, we accept most medical aids and insurance providers. Please check with us or your provider to confirm your cover.

What should I wear to my physiotherapy appointment?

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow easy movement. If we’re treating a specific area, clothing that gives access to that part of the body is best.
